General Information

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM the following day.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge of 500 pesos per hour

Pets

A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per booking.
A fee of 500 pesos per pet applies, which includes one complimentary diaper per pet.

Keys

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their room keys.
Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee of 500 pesos.

Damage to Property

Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Charges for damages will be assessed and billed accordingly

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Designated smoking areas are available for your convenience.

Prohibition of Deadly Weapons and Illegal Drugs

The possession of deadly weapons and illegal drugs on resort premises is strictly prohibited.

Noise Restrictions

Videoke sessions or loud noises are allowed only until 10:00 PM.
Please respect the comfort of other guests.

Transactions

All payments and transactions must be conducted at the reception/office during office hours.

Facility Hours

Beach Access: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Swimming Pool: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Store, Reception, and Office: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Booking Policy

Deposits

A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% of the total booking cost is due upon arrival at the resort.

Prepayments

Guests can choose to pre-pay the full balance upon booking to avoid any additional charges upon arrival.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after the booking is confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Guests can reschedule their stay instead of canceling to avoid losing the deposit.
Any rescheduled bookings must be made for a date within one month of the original booking date, subject to availability.
To reschedule a booking, guests must notify the resort at least 72 hours prior to their original check-in date.
If a guest fails to reschedule within the one-month window, the down payment will be forfeited.
Coco Cavana Resort reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
